MAC Application 2026-2027

Salve!

I’m Mokshi Gunduboina, your GJCL 1st Vice President! I’m so excited to open applications for the Membership Advisory Committee (MAC) this year. MAC is a student committee led by the GJCL 1st VP that works to increase membership and outreach for the JCL, but it’s also one of the easiest ways to become more involved in GJCL and take on a bigger role in our community.

As a MAC member, you’ll get to meet every week with other students who are just as excited about JCL as you are, while also getting more opportunities to volunteer and get involved in events like Praetoria and Middle School Forum. I also think MAC is a really great way to get some experience with leadership and see what parts of JCL you might want to take on in the future (you can talk to a lot of the GJCL Officers on these calls and learn more about their positions + how to apply their advice to your own chapters).

Applications will be due September 5th at 11:59 PM, and acceptance information will be sent out by September 8th at 11:59 PM. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me at mokshigunduboina@gmail.com or in the Discord.

I’m so excited to see all of your applications and hopefully get to work with you this year! I can’t wait for everything we’re going to do together :)
