Please complete the form below to register for the Band Trip to Oahu, Hawaii from June 20-27, 2024. Additional information, including the itinerary, payment schedule, and general information are posted on the Band Website Hawaii '24 tab.

Complete one signup form for each individual participating in the trip.
Once your signup is submitted, you will be added to the roster with your payment of the initial deposit, due before June 15th, 2024. Deposits can be delivered as cash/check/money order to Mr. Alban or mailed to: Ryan Alban 10 Circle Drive Seymour, WI 54165
Deposit amounts are listed in the payment schedule (ex. $360 by June 15th for a student or chaperone)
Details for credit card/debit card payments will be posted on the website after July 1st.

What is your status on the trip?

“Student Travelers” are high school/recently graduated student band members.

“Chaperone Travelers” are parents of student travelers with supervision duties.

“Companion Travelers” are student travelers’ relatives with no duties during the trip. All inclusions listed in the itinerary are paid for in the Companion cost. You can choose whether or not to attend.
