Waiver Of Liability/Hold Harmless Agreement

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, Feathered Friends Sanctuary & Rescue Inc., their officers and volunteers (hereinafter referred to as Releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my child(ren), my bird(s), or any property belonging to me or us, while visiting the Sanctuary, volunteering for the Sanctuary, attending trim sessions at the Sanctuary, and/or handling birds for the Sanctuary. I will not hold Feathered Friends Sanctuary & Rescue, Inc. liable for any damage, illness, or injury sustained during volunteer work, either on the premises of the Sanctuary or at another location with the Sanctuary.

It is understood that this waiver and agreement shall bind the members of my family, including minor children and spouse if I am alive, and my heirs, assignees, and personal representatives if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above named releasees. I hereby further agree that this waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

In signing this release, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement and I sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.
