My lending library of books & DVDs is available for all of my clients to further educate themselves on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and parenting. Access to these materials is included with most support packages.
I do respectfully ask that these materials are returned to my library within one month of the check-out date, unless other arrangements have been made. (This way everyone gets a chance to use them!)
After filling out this form, I will contact you to make arrangements to deliver your library materials (or I will bring them to our next visit!)
