Physical distancing and face mask usage

We're trying to work out how effective social distancing and public face masks are. We are building a comprehensive dataset of responses to the crisis, but two pieces of data we don't have are:

- how people are actually responding to social distancing measures
- how many people are wearing masks in public

Fortunately, this data is really easy to collect: all we need is for people who have been outside to tell us how many other people they saw, and how many were wearing masks.

However, there's a catch: we need lots of people to answer this question from every country in the world. So please help us: fill out this survey and share it with everyone you know! Thankyou so much.
