Let's Circle Up invites Philadelphia community members to an 11-hour introduction to restorative justice workshop. This experiential (and fun!!) workshop builds community; explores justice, harm, and accountability through a relational lens; and introduces participants to restorative justice values, principles, and practices.
This workshop is free and we especially welcome those who have been impacted by the criminal punishment system (anyone who has been arrested, incarcerated, harmed by violence, or the loved one of anyone who has).

The Facilitation Team:
Felix Rosado is cofounder and executive director of Let's Circle Up and author of Justice from the Inside Up: A Restorative Justice Education Facilitator's Manual (Living Justice Press 2024). In 2022, Felix narrowly escaped death by incarceration via governor clemency after 27 years. While inside, he also cofounded the Coalition to Abolish Death By Incarceration, earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Villanova University, and served in leadership of the Alternatives to Violence Project and Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program. Today Felix teaches restorative justice at Chestnut Hill College and Community College of Philadelphia, and resides in southwest Philadelphia.
Raymond Tucker has been actively involved with Let’s Circle Up since 2019, while incarcerated at SCI-Phoenix. After participating in the the intro and advanced workshops, he joined the Steering Committee and now serves as a LCU Program Facilitator. While inside, he was also a facilitator and in leadership of the Alternatives to Violence Project. He was born and raised in Philly, where he returned in 2022 after 12 years of incarceration. He is honored to now serve the community he loves. Ray is also a proud first-time dad, which has given him even more motivation to build a world free of cages where all can thrive.
