RISE 2024 - Orchestra Application

Thank you for your interest in the RISE Orchestra. This application is in two sections. In the first section you will input basic information (name, email, etc.). In the second section you will provide us links to your audition videos.

You should have all three of your videos (personal statement, scales and audition piece) already uploaded to a site such as YouTube before starting this form. For information on audition requirements (personal statement questions, required scales, and audition pieces) please visit https://musiciansatplay.org/programs/audition-portal-rise-diversity-new/. If you are unable to upload to another site, email ttpease@gmail.com for instructions. The subject line should read "RISE Upload Question."
