Walk to Unlock Nebraska (W2UN)-  School Year 2023-2024
We are now collecting groups for our 2023-2024 pilots!!

Walk to Unlock Nebraska (W2UN) will run a pilot during both the fall and spring semester. The pilot will receive: online access to the trail and checkpoints. Each checkpoint comes with an overview and lesson content which could include: videos, book suggestions, complete lesson plans or subject instructional ideas.

Teachers will easily log exercise as the website has a calculator to take minutes of exercise, into steps, into miles! Watch your class exercise their way to the next Nebraska checkpoint. The class will learn about Nebraska history, nature and agriculture through the trail checkpoints.

W2UN Integration Ideas: morning work, brain break between subjects, team-up with your PE teacher to accumulate miles while learning in the classroom, lunch club, etc.

You will be asked to:
* Complete the trail
* Fill out student pre/post questions
* Fill out evaluation questions at 25%, 50%, 75% & 90% of the trail.

You will receive:
* A welcome kit with various resources
* Prizes for students
