SUBJECT:
62nd ANNUAL MAUI COUNTY REGIONAL SCIENCE & ENGINEERING FAIR
The 62nd Annual Maui County Regional Science & Engineering Fair (MCRSEF) will be held virtually this year during the month of February 2021. We are committed to providing a platform for our students to demonstrate and practice critical life skills: teamwork, problem solving, time management, and effective communication whereby they will engage in real world scientific inquiry and research.
Last school year, instead of cancelling the Hawaii State Science and Engineering Science Fair, the Hawaii Academy of Science was able to adjust to the pandemic by having their first successful virtual event. With the reopening of schools, each of the regional fairs have partnered with the Hawaii Academy of Science to conduct our virtual fair through Student Corner. It is our hope that this platform will expand opportunities for our teachers, students, and mentors to collaborate, innovate, and demonstrate real world inquiry.
Please fill out this form by September 11, 2020 so that we can plan accordingly. More information will be forthcoming by email.
