Below is a survey designed to help us prioritize the programs you would like to see at Masjid Al-Quran.

Although we would love to hear from you in every subject, you may skip ahead and only answer questions in which you really want to state your preferences. All answers are anonymous unless you write in identifiable information; responses will be kept confidential with information being used abstractly to guide programming.
