The purpose of this survey is to reflect upon where you are in your leadership within your school context along a continuum. At the end the the survey, you will be asked to choose a focus of best fit for next year's Professional Learning Community. Please view the stages as a cycle, where, depending upon your school's context, allows you to reflect upon work you have done and would like to deepen.
