Zendesk AI Early Access Programs

This sign-up form will allow you to request enrollment in multiple Early Access Programs (EAPs) for new AI-powered Zendesk capabilities. By participating in an EAP, you will get access to try and provide feedback on our latest product innovations. 

Notes:

  • To participate in any of the EAPs, you must complete this form and accept the Zendesk Privacy Policy and Early Access Program Agreement at the end.
  • You will receive a separate enrollment notification for each EAP that you sign up for when your account is enrolled.
  • You will not be able to access the features in each distinct EAP until you receive the enrollment notification.
  • If your account does not meet the EAP prerequisites, your account will not be enrolled in the EAP and you will not receive a notification.
  • Features available through EAPs are provided at no extra cost to our customers. As EAP features become generally available, the EAP will end and the features will be added to Zendesk product offerings. You may be required to upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on in order to maintain access.  
All EAPs have the following product limitations:
  • Participation in an EAP is not covered under your Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Zendesk, so you cannot pass Protected Health Information (PHI) through these features.
  • Features might work slower than expected.
  • Features might be unavailable from time to time.
  • Features might be discontinued or significantly changed during and after the EAP.

Our asks to you:

  1. Provide feedback on the feature, ease of use, and documentation in the Zendesk Community.
  2. Report any bugs.
  3. Be open to working very closely with us, initially and ongoing through this stage.
    Willingness to get it wrong, in order to make it better.
Ready to take part?

  • All you have to do is select the EAPs that you are interested in signing up for and agree to our terms. If you qualify, we'll enroll you as soon as we can. Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days but could be longer based on EAP specific prerequisites and enrollment cohorts.

Zendesk Subdomain

Your Zendesk subdomain is the unique identifier of your Zendesk account. It is everything between the "https://" and ".zendesk.com" (i.e. the 'yoursubdomain' in the URL https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com. More information on how to identify your subdomain here. Important notes:
  • If you do not submit your accurate Zendesk subdomain, we will not be able to correctly enroll you in the EAPs. 
  • If you want to sign up for the EAPs on your sandbox account, you must submit the subdomain of your sandbox account not your primary account.
  • PLEASE do not include anything in this field besides your subdomain. There should not be any spaces, any periods, any commas, any https://, any .zendesk.com, etc.
