The purpose of this survey is to gather information about current challenges and identify capital and/or operational resource needs to serve the early care and education (ECE) sector in response to disruptions from COVID-19. NCFN will be using this information to inform federal policy recommendations on the best approaches to support the preservation, health, and safety of high-quality ECE facilities during the crisis.
NCFN is a coalition of nonprofit financial and technical assistance intermediaries and other interested stakeholders involved in planning, developing, and financing facilities for high quality ECE facilities particularly in areas that have the least access to high quality ECE and the highest concentrations of poverty. The members of the Network increase supply and help improve the quality of ECE by providing technical assistance and financing to address capital needs.
