Agreement
I understand that by filling out this form I am committing to moving forward with the tree adoption process! I will still need to sign an official tree adoption agreement once a planting site near me is identified. My involvement will depend on planting availability near my house; I understand that it is not guaranteed that there will be a planting site near me. While not every house has a suitable planting site, everyone can get involved and help grow our urban forests! *
Required
By agreeing to an adoption you are committing to water and care for a young City and County of Honolulu tree planted near your home!  If you are adopting a tree you must be the property owner or have permission from the property owner to sign up for this program. If you are not the property owner, you can still get involved in this program by becoming a Block Captain and help a handful of young trees! *
Required
Next Steps:
Once you submit this form, we will check out the public right-of-way near to your house to see if you have a suitable planting site. Depending on the size and location, we will determine what your next steps will be. We should be in touch soon after!  If you have any questions, please send us an e-mail at hoolaau@smarttreespacific.org
