Nominations Form - Community Heritage Award
Award Criteria:
An individual or group who have preserved, communicated and engaged the community in the celebration of Mississauga’s heritage.
Nomination Guidelines:
Nominator must be at least 18 years of age and may not be a family member of the nominee.
Nominee must be a resident or work in the city of Mississauga.
When filling out the nomination package please provide as much detail as possible on the nominee.
No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.
Please note the deadline for nominations is:
Sunday September 10, 2023 at 9:00pm EST.
