Instructional Video Tools and Best Practices Workshop
Like images, effective use of instructional video engages learners by gaining attention, establishing relevance, and clarifying abstract concepts. But video must be accessible so that all students my benefit. In this workshop, you will be introduced to video accessibility concepts, best practices, and tools for finding or creating an accessible video. By the end of this 90-minute workshop, faculty should be able to provide closed captioned video that meets the college’s Closed Caption Policy requirements.
