Yoga is for everyone but we are all wonderfully different. It’s important to listen to your body and know when to take a rest or adapt your practice to suit you. When attending a yoga class it is down to you as an individual to assess whether or not taking part in the class is suitable and safe. Please let me know if you have any injuries, illnesses, medical conditions before you sign up to the class. If you have any existing conditions you should speak with your doctor before joining class to ensure it is safe for you to do so. In signing up, you are confirming that you are fit to take part. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages which might occur as a result of participation in the day. At Southcombe Barn, you assume full responsibility for use of the sauna and swimming in the pond should you wise to participate in these activities.
