Subscription Guarantee: Members will receive the latest volume of every manga series they are subscribed to--on release date!
Discounts and Promotions: Members are entitled to the following discounts and promotions:
10% discount on all volumes of any manga series they are subscribed to.
If a customer starts a new series that already has volumes published, they can access a 10% discount on special orders for volumes that are not in the store.
For every 10 manga volumes a member purchases, they will earn a $10 Gift Card. Gift cards will be issued electronically and can be used for future purchases, including manga, merchandise, and other store items.
Duration, Renewal, and Cancellation: Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.
Members will be notified 30 days before their membership expires and given the option to renew for another year.
Membership can be canceled at any time. However, the membership fee is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, members will retain access to benefits until the end of the current calendar month. After cancellation, customers can re-enroll at any time.
If a Manga Club member fails to purchase a volume they subscribed to, the book will be considered abandoned and returned to store stock (exceptions may be allowed if details are communicated to staff). Three such abandoned volumes will result in the member’s membership being canceled. In this case, benefits will end immediately and future subscriptions will be cancelled.
Liability: Books With Pictures Eugene is not liable for any delays in volume releases or product availability. We reserve the right to modify the terms and benefits of membership. Members will always be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
