SWVF 2018 Vendor Application
What: SouthWest VegFest
Date: Sunday, November 4th
Hours: 10am-4pm
Load In/Out: Load-In must be complete by 8am. Booths and displays must be set up and ready by 9:30am. Breaking down may not begin prior to 4pm. Load-Out may begin at 4:15pm.
Location: Steele Indian School Park, 300 Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ

Applications will not be accepted after September 30th, 2018.
All payments must be made by October 1st, 2018.

Applications and products are juried on their own merit, not a first-come, first-served basis.

SouthWest VegFest's purpose is to bring our amazing community together and show the rest of the world how awesome it is to be vegan! We ask that all participants treat all attendees with respect and acceptance. This day is a representation of our community and your business/organization. Let's put our best feet forward and be the most amazing event Phoenix has ever seen :)
