Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to meet with our team and offer valuable advice to improve our synthetic biology project for this season. In order to summarize information from our interviews and describe how your recommendations helped influence our project on our website materials, we ask that you fill out the following interview consent form.

I voluntarily agree to participate in this research. I understand that even if I agree to participate now, I can withdraw at any time or refuse to answer any question without any consequences of any kind. I understand that I am free to contact any of the people involved in the research to seek further clarification and information. I understand that I will not benefit directly from participating in this research, and that all information I provide for this research may be used on the Cornell iGEM website, promotional materials, and other documents pertaining to the completion of iGEM judging criteria as listed here: https://competition.igem.org/judging/rubric
