ATD-MAC is seeking speaker proposals aligned to our 2026 theme, Future-Proofing Talent Development.

We are especially interested in forward-looking topics that explore how the talent development field is evolving; new capabilities, emerging practices, changing roles, and what L&D professionals need to be preparing for now.

As a volunteer-led, nonprofit chapter, we are mindful of budget constraints and welcome proposals from speakers who are open to nonprofit-aligned fees or creative partnership options.
