When Would You Like To Drop Off Your Items *

When Would You Like To Pick Up Your Items-this is the evening before Easter. *

Item Pickup *

I will pick up my un-sold items on Saturday, April 20th, 2019, the night before Easter, at my specified time. If I do not come at my specified time, I understand that my un-sold items will become the property of ABC Kids LLC. I may come back through from 6-7pm to see if I missed any of my items. Items left at 7pm become the property of ABC Kids LLC.

I would like my unsold items to become property of ABC Kids LLC to do with as they wish.

I will read the "What's Accepted" page under the "Tag" tab on the website and not bring items that are not accepted to this sale.

No Re-Calls *

I will check all my items for recalls and will not bring any recalled items in to the sale. I agree to take full responsibility if I bring a recalled item, someone buys the item and someone is injured.

Consignor Item Pricing *

I agree to put a tag (indicating at least my consignor number and item price) on each item prior to the Sale. I understand that any items that do not have a price will be sold at ABC Kids discretion and I cannot expect credit if I did not write my consignor number on an item. I understand that if I do not write "ND" right after my price on my tag, and the ND gets missed, the item will be sold for half price on Saturday during our spring and fall sales.

Consignor Cut of Sales *

I agree to receive 70% of the sale price for each item sold by ABC Kids LLC. I can earn 75% by registering to volunteer, being approved, and volunteering during the sale. I understand a volunteer position is not guaranteed. They will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and I must be approved.

I understand that a $10 registration fee will be deducted from my check at the end of the sale.
