Employment Services
* Unemployed OR working less than 20 hours per week OR underemployed
(your education is at a higher level than is required for the job you’ve been hired for)
* Not attending school on a full time basis
* Resident of Ontario
* Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee
Youth Job Connection
* 15 to 29 years old at time of registration
* Resident of Ontario
* Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee
* Unemployed
* Not participating in full-time training or education, as defined by the institution
Youth Job Connection Summer ***
* 15 to 18 years old at time of registration
* Resident of Ontario
* Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee
* Unemployed
* High school students intending to stay in, or return to high school or
post secondary education
Second Career
To be eligible for Second Careers, you must first meet Employment Services eligibility.
The objective of Second Career is to support laid off, unemployed individuals who require
skills training to assist them to find employment in occupations with demonstrated
labour market prospects in Ontario.
