AskUPD Student Concerns Form

AskUPD Student Helpdesk (AskUPD) is a platform for gathering student concerns related to academic matters, financial assistance, health and well-being, safety and security, and others related to student welfare. Non-UPD students planning to enroll in UP Diliman are also welcome to share their concerns through this form.

All submissions will be collated and forwarded to the appropriate offices or authorities for proper action. The AskUPD team will contact you via email once a response to your concern is available.
