Wake Up with the Women's Center
The Women's Center is grateful to all of the students, faculty, and staff who have been practicing social distancing for your own and for the health and wellbeing of others. We know it can be hard to get motivated when you are home all day, so to help you get out of bed, we will be offering a 30 minute self-care activity every Wednesday morning at 10AM (EST). Activities will include yoga, meditation, and other creative ways to practice self-care from home.
