A NON-REFUNDABLE Annual Registration Fee (one per family) of $35 is due EACH FALL when you enroll in classes at Morgantown Dance Studio. This registration fee MUST be paid to reserve your dancer's space in a class or classes and may be paid by cash, check, or credit card at the studio, or paid online through PayPal by clicking on the PAY BUTTON on our Registration Page. This registration fee covers your immediate family for the Fall 2018, Spring 2019, and Summer 2019 dance terms
If you do not begin taking classes until the Spring term, a NON-REFUNDABLE Annual Registration Fee (one per family) of $25 is due EACH SPRING.
If you do not begin taking classes until the Summer term, a NON-REFUNDABLE Annual Registration Fee (one per family) of $15 is due EACH SUMMER.
The Registration Fee is due no later than Saturday, August 26th to secure your spot in the class(es).
All MDS , ages 8 & up (and any 7 year olds who want to see if they are ready for Non-Foundations classes, are required to register for placement for Ballet, Pointe, AcroFlex, Irish, Jazz, Modern, and Tap

Please pay attention to Ballet Level Designation when you are choosing the classes to register. Each dancer will be provided a ballet belt designating their ballet level and the belt is to be worn to each class. If the dancer need a new belt for the same level, a replacement belt can be purchased in the studio for $10
Students cannot register for individual classes during the Fall & Spring classes, but can attend some classes (NOT FOUNDATIONS CLASSES) as a drop-in student by paying the night of the class or by pre-purchasing a dance card for anticipated drop-in classes. Dance cards are good to be redeemed for 1 year from the date of purchase. You may only drop-in, by paying or using a dance card, to a class that is NOT FULL.

Boys/Men ages 7 & Up must pay the registration fee, but take ballet classes for FREE and all other dance genre classes for a half-price discount.
Students/families signing up for multiple hours may receive discounts based on the number of hours takenCollege/University students will receive a 10% class discount off total term tuitionCurrent/former military students/families will receive a 10% discount off total term tuitionSeniors (ages 65 & Up) will receive a 10% discount off total term tuitionTuition paid in full for the term by the due date will receive a 5% discount off the full term tuition
An account that is paid in full by the end of the 3rd week of classes will receive a 5% discount off total term tuition
Fall & Spring Tuition can be divided into the following payment options: - One (1) FALL payment PAID IN FULL no later than Saturday, September 22, 2018 AND One (1) SPRING payment PAID IN FULL no later than the 3rd week of the Spring term - Two (2) payments per term (September & November; January & March) - Three (3) payments per term (September, October, & November; January, February, & March) - Four (4) payments per term (September, October, November, & December; January, February, March, & April)
A payment is due by the first of each month prior to taking classes with a 15 day grace period. Any payment made after the 16th of each month will have a 10% late fee assessed.You may choose to pay by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the Studio, or you may choose to pay online by PayPal invoice(s) using a credit/debit card or a PayPal account.

If you are coming to placements as a 7 year old that might possibly continue in the Foundations classes for the Fall, please be sure to register your child for the Foundations class of your choice to make sure you don't lose a spot.
