The Green Dot Public Schools National Mentorship Program seeks to transform public education by empowering every one of our 14,000+ students to recognize and strive to reach their full potential.

Our vision is to help create a world where all students have access to the high-quality education and dynamic professional networks necessary to build pathways to prosperity in the communities we serve.

We welcome partners who are committed to action on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We ask that our partners commit a meaningful number of employees to the program, including those in senior leadership team and employees who identify as BIPOC.
