SVPC VBS-In-A-Box 2021 Student Registration Form
We are very excited that your child will be with us for VBS-In-A-Box Knights of North Castle! It will be a wonderful week of at-home fun, friendship and growing in God's Word!
BOX PICK-UPS: Sunday, June 20th through Sunday, June 27th | TIMES TBD
DATES: Monday, June 28th through Friday, July 2nd | The VBS programming will be set up so you can do it at your own convenience for both date & time.

COST: $10 per child. The cost covers the programming, themed craft materials, music, and t-shirt. Materials NOT provided, but needed to complete some of the crafts: markers, glue, and scissors.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Boxes will be made based on your child's age group.
- You will need to have access to YouTube for the full programming.
- Markers, glue, and scissors will NOT be included in the box, but may be needed to complete crafts.

PAYMENT
The cost is $10 per child, which includes the activities and online programs for the week as well as a t-shirt and music.
This year, payment is by -- CHECK or CASH -- to be turned in to the church office.
Checks may be made payable to SVPC with VBS and children's names on the memo line. Please include your phone number as well.
