Join us for a fun-filled afternoon as we set the record for the longest Waboba ball toss ever recorded! The relay toss starts at Windermere Point and ends at Mission Point, where we will gather on their court side patio to celebrate our new record, explore other cool Waboba products, and grab a photo of our inaugural Skip the Straights crew. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing this form, I am acting as the authorized representative of the group listed above. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau, City of Mackinac Island, Mackinac Island State Historic Parks, Waboba, and all parties involved with this event from and against all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities.

I, the undersigned, as group representative, herby release, remise and forever discharge the Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau, City of Mackinac Island, Mackinac Island State Historic Parks, Waboba, its officers, directors, severally or jointly, and all volunteers of and from any and all liability, claims, actions and possible causes of action which may accrue to myself or any member of the group from every and any loss, damage and injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in any Mackinac Rock the Skip events

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I (we) assume all risk of bodily injury or property damage that I/we may incur in participating in the Mackinac Island Rock the Skip and I/we hereby, for myself, my child, my heirs, executors and administrators do hereby, expressly and forever waive and release any, and all claims against and agree to hold harmless Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau, City of Mackinac Island, Mackinac Island State Historic Parks, Waboba, and all their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns of any kind from any, and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result, or in connection, with the participation of me or my child in the herein mentioned event.

Application will be void if not accompanied by the waiver.
