> Students are NOT allowed to schedule an appointment the day before an assignment is due. They must leave a 2-day cushion to integrate what they learned into their paper.

> Appointments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

> You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment time and a text notifying you the e-mail was sent.

> E-mail if you have further questions.

What To Bring To Your Appointment: (if it is an online appointment, please attach the assignment rubric and assignment to your email)
(1) ASSIGNMENT RUBRIC. Please bring any relevant rubric, writing guide, or assignment sheet given to you by your professor in regard to the assignment at hand so the professor’s expectation may be properly understood. This may mean the syllabus, if the assignment instruction was included there.

(2) NOTE-TAKING MATERIALS. You must also bring a computer and/or notebook and pen for notes.

(3) YOUR ASSIGNMENT. Most importantly, you must bring two copies of your writing assignment. This is simply a completed rough draft of your paper, done to the best of your ability. The copies may be in hard copy or visible on your laptop. If through email, please send one copy to ahead of time. Otherwise, a hard copy for the tutor will suffice.

Thank you! We can hardly wait to see you at the Writing Center!

Happy Writing!
