Experiential and interactive, this training will provide scientifically supported tools that you can use to address real conflict situations brought up by you or other participants. The agenda will include a synthetic description of Thomas Gordon and Marshal Rosenberg’s Non Violent Communication, Carl Rogers’ Person Centered Approach, or Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis, as well as key findings of neurosciences regarding conflict escalation followed by a role-play activity. The goal is to gain a better understanding of conflict dynamics and de-escalation strategies as well as to improve outcomes of interpersonal tensions in the absence of a third party mediator.
The training will take place on Soliya’s web-dialogue platform in real time and will be supported by visual and reading material that will be shared with the participants.
