E.x I am of Kalinago Nigerian and Congo decent born on Wai'tu Kubuli (colonially known as Dominica). Some foods of ancestral significance are cassava, coconut, and cocao. My ancestors were basket weavers, conjurers, water navigators, and fished. *

This person may have access to tools and resources, like a therapist or acupuncture, to address and care for their stress and the effects of it on their body, mind, and spirit. This person may identify as  of the African Diaspora, Indigenous, Immigrant, Refugee, Asylum Seeker, Gender and/or Sexually Queer, and/or Nuero-divergent seeking community.

\Abundant Harvest ~ $99
One may decide to select this option if they are blessed with an overflow of financial resources. Consider if you own or have access to multiple bank accounts with balances, liquid and physical assets, and/or income cultivating stocks or bonds. This person may have a full time job or multiple part time jobs that provide access to benefits such as health insurance or retirement fund. This person's body may be significantly less negatively impacted by the mechanisms of colonization than other people. Consider your proximity to whiteness and if you benefit from it or benefit from others distance from whiteness. Consider if you in any way benefit from the mechanisms of colonization capitalism or living on stolen land. Consider your ease of access to education, travel, and health resources including preventative care (acupuncture, yoga membership, dance studio membership, gym membership, regular massages etc). This person may regularly donate to community causes. See below for the impact your Sacred Exchange contribution will have on the community.
