This form helps timeshare members put up the accommodation they own on sale and those looking to buy few days of holiday from a timeshare member. Please read the risks involved before using the service.

Terminology:
Member: Member of a timeshare company who can get confirmed booking at a specific resort for a specific number of days, in a specific season and wishes to sell it in open market

Guest: A holiday enthusiast who doesn't own a timeshare membership and is keen on buying few days of accomodation at a timeshare resort from a member.

Season : (W.r.t Club Mahindra) 52 two weeks of a year are divided into different seasons blue ( lean) , White ( mid) , Red ( high) season depending on tourist flow in that period in that particular place. A member in general is entitled to book vacation only in his or lower season.
Note: Season classification is subject to change. Other timeshare companies will have different names to classify seasons.

Risk factors:
Selling and buying timeshare membership is purely based on the mutual trust and understanding of two parties (member and guest).Timeshare company or  this blogger or others are not party to it

We envisage following risks:
1. A member may collect money from a guest promising accommodation, but later may either a.cancel his booking or b.sell the same booking to few other people-both resulting in guest not being able to enjoy the holiday
2. A guest may promise to pay after the holiday and may not pay anything later
3. Both members and guests need to have clear understanding of what all costs are covered/not covered. For example, guests will have to pay Rs 1000 per room, may not be able to avail all discounts a member is otherwise entitled to and all
