Shakespeare for Seniors
“With mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come.” Sign up online for a special, 6-week course meeting at the Main Library on Wednesdays at 1pm, starting on September 25th. This interactive class taught by Dr. Carol Stewart is for those in the 2nd half of their centuries. Explore the works of Shakespeare as they relate to aging. Reading the bard with bifocals gives a new perspective to the classics. This class won’t be your final Will, because “Age cannot wither her, nor custom stale the infinite variety” of these works.
This class is a six week course, with a public showcase at the end. By registering, you are agreeing to come to as many of the sessions as possible. Class dates are:
September 25th, 1-2:30pm
