2026 Canteen Chile Roast

We are so excited for the 9th Annual Hatch Green Chile Roast with Morrow Farms on Saturday, September 12th! Tyler and her crew will be roasting from 9AM-5PM, and Felix y Los Gatos will bring the heat with live music from 1-4PM. Our patio tables will be covered for your peeling comfort, and we’ll have Ziplocs, rinse buckets, Sharpies, and gloves ready for you. 

Beer service starts at 9AM. We'll have Green Chile Cheese Burgers for $10 starting at 11AM, and our full food menu will be available at 12 PM. Chiles are $45 per bushel, with your choice of mild, medium, hot, extra hot, or extra extra hot. Pinto beans will also be available in 2lb ($6.50), 10lb ($20) and 20lb ($30) bags.
