The Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is conducting a market survey to assess the relevance and demand for our postgraduate research programs: Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

As the engineering landscape rapidly evolves, we aim to ensure our advanced research tracks ranging from Power Systems and Microelectronics to AI, Robotics, and Telecommunications align closely with industry needs, global technology trends, and stakeholder expectations. Furthermore, we are exploring enhanced flexibility in program delivery, including remote research supervision and flexible enrollment options to better accommodate working professionals and international scholars.
