Welcome! Thanks for your interest in being a Community Animal Response Team (CART) Volunteer. CART is made up of volunteers who are members of the community who wish to assist in assuring that their communities are actively prepared to evacuate, shelter and care for animals in their community during large scale emergencies or disasters.

Please note CART training will happen in the spring of 2024.
