Black Arts Love Mixer and Marketplace - Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Vendors are responsible for all of their vending or promotional operation. This includes all applicable permits, insurance, and licensure.

2. This is a bring your own table/chair event. Black Arts Love will not provide tables, chair or electricity. If you require electricity, additional charges may apply and Black Arts Love will do it's best to accommodate

3. An additional $15 late registration fee will be added to all applications received after September 1, 2017. Vendor fee is
non-refundable after September 1, 2017.

4. All Vendors will be required to sign a 'hold harmless' agreement prior to participating in this event.

5. There is a 10% Seattle Parks tax that all vendors are responsible for self reporting. All vendor gross receipts go to support the Seattle Parks Department and 10% of sales will be collected at the end of each marketplace. Vendors are responsible for self calculating and self reporting their gross sales.

I have read and agree to the vendor guidelines and the terms and conditions of vending which are outlined above. If the event is canceled for any reason, I understand that the vendor will receive a full refund or opportunity to reschedule.
