Philadelphia Death and Art Festival Accessibility Request Form
The Philadelphia Death and Arts Festival takes place from May 29-June 1st at Laurel Hill West and Laurel Hill East.

We are partnering with TechOWL, The Peoples' Filter Philadelphia, and DHI to provide various access devices and support throughout the festival. A full Know Before You Go for the festival will be published on our website as a downloadable PDF.

Please note requesting access support does not guarantee we will be able to meet your needs, but we will do our best to meet your needs this year or in future festivals 

Respond by:
  • May 18th -- Mobility, Visual, and additional Audio Accessibility
  • May 11th -- ASL interpretation and CART services
  • May 21st -- extra-wide seating, reserve seating next to HEPA filter and ticketing reservations
