I have read the following terms and conditions and understand the parameters of the 90-Day Coaching package.

I know it's long. It's important that we both have very clear expectations.

Coaching is only available for a three month period, to begin as soon as payment is complete.

I understand that I am the one who will be doing the hard work here and that this is not a "done for you" service.

Lyric is always kind, but will also be completely honest with you. She will be your biggest cheerleader!

I will need to fill out an extensive intake form within the first week.

I will schedule my initial 1hr coaching call within the first two weeks.

We will schedule 5 more hours of live coaching calls within the 90 day time frame, in whatever time increments work best for both of us.

Lyric will set up a google spreadsheet schedule of tasks to complete so that she can evaluate my progress.

Lyric will give me notes and written feedback on my tasks on one day each week.

Lyric will provide me with specific tools such as checklists, planning lists, and some tutorials that will help you achieve your goals.

The level of success is directly determined by my level of commitment.

Lyric does not work on weekends or evenings, she will communicate with me within a mutually agreed upon time table.

There will be no refunds once I have made a commitment to the Coaching package.

There will be no extensions of the 90 day term unless extreme circumstances (death or major illness in the family, natural disaster) occur.

In the case of extreme circumstance I will immediately let Lyric know in writing and we will have a phone call. Extensions will only include the remaining time in the package and may be limited to a certain time frame considering Lyric's schedule.

Payment will be expected immediately on determination that this coaching package is right for you. A payment plan is available.
