"All food vendor trucks need to be set up and ready to go between 12 pm-1 pm. Site will be used for retail sales of merchandise and food. Beverages including water and energy drinks CAN NOT be sold. Vendors must provide gas and electricity or a generator and should be self-sufficient. You will be given 4 passes for help; if you need more than that, it will be half price." Also, you are responsible for all food permits and insurance and we will require the copy which can be emailed to iowabassdjs@gmail.com


One-day vending: $150 [ ] outside Ends at 11pm

Two-day vending: $300 [ ] outside Ends at 11Pm

Can not sell no beverages, and we need Certificate of Insurance, if selling any vape or cigarettes we will need copy of permits,

As a potential vendor, please be aware of the following information: Applications are reviewed individually, and once the application is approved, payment is due to secure the space. Insurance is required for food vendors. You MUST include pictures or an illustration of your exhibit/concession at a fair or show. The undersigned understand and agree that Basslands, its advisors and principles, and/or the Host Venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damages that might incur before or during the event. Vendor Booth Payments are Non-Refundable, and the event date, time, or location can change at any moment. In the event the event gets moved to another date, you agree to the new date change or location or time. All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
