Please use this form to register for Tisha B'Av services at BCC on Saturday, August 6 at 7 PM. You will not be receiving a confirmation email, so please keep this in mind. We will continue to live-stream our services on Facebook, BCC's website, and Zoom.

Updated COVID protocols:
-We require everyone to wear medical-grade masks at indoor events and have at least one booster for those who are eligible.
-We require proof of vaccination. This form will provide you with two options: you can email a picture or photocopy of your vaccination card or QR code to bcc@bcc-la.org, or you can bring it with you in person. A volunteer will take a picture of it. If we have your proof of vaccination on file, you do not need to provide it again.
-If you aren't a BCC member or live with one, we require you to include your address and phone number. This will help us with contact tracing, should the need arise. We also ask that you bring some form of ID with you to services.

Please follow BCC's COVID protocols when you attend events:
- Wear a medical-grade mask indoors at all times (surgical masks, KF94, KN95 or N95.)
- Proof of vaccination (including at least 1 booster for those who are eligible) is required. (If you need to update your information, please email a copy or a photo of your updated vaccination card to bcc@bcc-la.org.)
- Service leaders will do a rapid COVID test.
- Service leaders will not wear a mask while leading services.
