S4TK CLUB IMPLEMENTATION & MEMBER SIGN UP
This form serves as both a Club implementation form and a membership sign-up. Please request a membership list after the majority of students sign up. We will be happy to share it with your Club Board Secretary. Sports 4 the Kids charity was created in 2012, by Danny Trosset, and provides scholarships to financially disadvantaged kids so they can play sports, go to sports camps, and have the equipment to practice and play. This Club supports the S4TK charity and has many opportunities for leadership, virtual community service hours, and future Internships. This club was designed for busy students - there are no requirements. S4TK looks forward to getting your school involved in helping underprivileged kids in all central FL counties.  "Every kid deserves a chance to play."  Thank you.
