Granite State Escape, LLC (“Granite State Escape”) conducts room escape adventures. Participating in a room escape entails known and unanticipated risks that can or could result in injuries to participants, or to third parties. I comprehend the risks involved with participating in a room escape and expressly accept and assume full responsibility of bodily injury, or property damage due to negligence or non- negligence of Granite State Escape.

In consideration of Granite State Escape allowing my participation, I, for myself and on behalf of my child(ren) and/or legal ward, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Granite State Escape, its officers, directors, members, promoters, owners, employees, agents, and representatives, (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, injuries, or any and all other claims and damages, of whatever kind of nature, arising out of my and/or my child’s participation in a room escape adventure, whether the risks be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, economic or non-economic, or due to Granite State Escape’s negligence in any way. I consent to allowing Granite State Escape, without reservation or limitation, to photograph, videotape, make audio, visual and/or other recordings of me and/or my child(ren), and to use my or my child(ren)’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials. I fully understand that there are no refunds under any conditions once I purchase my entrance fee.

I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. If there are any disputes regarding this agreement.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

By signing below I consent to Granite State Escape providing me occasional email updates, including promotional codes, giveaways, discounts and other notices. I may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the participant whose name appears above, that the undersigned has read this Agreement, and that by signing this Agreement on behalf of the participant named above and himself or herself, the participant named above and the undersigned agree to be bound by all of its terms.
