Kids on the Court Basketball Camp 2023-2024

 The Kids on the Court basketball camp, which will be offered by Something to Always Inc in collaboration with the Rankin Christian Center. The aim of this six-week fundamentals basketball camp is to provide a valuable opportunity, free of charge, for children from the general public, sickle cell patients, and cancer patients to learn fundamental basketball skills while receiving mentorship through sports. Additionally, the camp seeks to promote overall wellness and health among the participants.

Something to Always Love focuses on those whose lives are affected by Sickle Cell Anemia and Cancer. Our focus is to spread awareness and provide social and emotional support for individuals and families who are affected by these diseases. Our unique approach involves connecting survivors of these diseases with individuals who are currently undergoing treatment. As a corporation, we aspire to be an organization that operates like a family members can relate and from whom they receive advice and resource support.

This camp is offered to youth ages 12 to 17 and will be held at the Rankin Christian Center during the week Thursday and Friday starting July 6, 2023 to August 10, 2023 from 6 pm to 8 pm. The kids on the court basketball camp is open to youth residing in the Mon Valley areas in addition to the City of Pittsburgh. Youth residing in the City of Pittsburgh must be medically diagnosed with sickle cell anemia or cancer. In order for your child to attend this camp please respond by answering the following questions below. This registration form will close by July 1, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
