After completing Registration you will receive an email with Invoice and payment details.
For second payment you will again receive an Invoice per email. 
As always the conference and tour will be conducted in the English language.

We send you an invoice with first payment and Bank details 
First payment confirms your Registration
*Balance must be paid by latest September 1th, 2026 
This Balance will also be Invoiced to you via Email until mid August
Registration and full payment received only confirms your space on the EJF Conference 2026 to Switzerland

We reserve the right to make small changes in program
A good number of participants as well as more sponsoring may help reducing the conference price a bit.
This is why we invoice you the second payment.

- transport for 4 days
- 3 nights in 4* hotel 
- conference costs
- all meals (normal drinks) 
- airport shuttle from/to Zurich airport on saturday (10 and 12 am) and tuesday morning ( 5 and 10 am). travel time to be adjusted depending on flights schedule. 

What is not included : 
- travel and cancelling insurance
- all services or supplement not mentioned in the program 
- travel to Zürich airport / Switzerland 
- Transfer from/to airport if you arrive or leave earlier/later 
-Transfer from an other Airport in Switzerland for example Basel, Bern-Belp, Geneva (can be arranged with extra cost)  

Terms of cancellation : 
- Cancellation until July 10th : 50 CHF administration fees charged 
- Cancellation until August 6th : 25 % of all fees will be charged 
- Cancellation until September 6th : 50% of all fees will be charged
- Cancellation after September 6th : 100% of all fees will be charged
