The GRIT Bike Camp is a free 4-day workshop and adventure camp for high-school-aged girls and non-binary and gender diverse youth (14-18 years old). Camp runs Monday, July 29th - Thursday, August 1st. No experience necessary but campers should be enthusiastic about adventure, nature, and trying new things! There are 7 spots available in this camp.
During this camp, participants will get a hands-on bike maintenance workshop with an experienced mechanic and then get to use their knowledge in the field as they embark on a 3-day, 2-night "bikepacking" adventure! Depending on weather and other factors, we will either be mountain biking into the woods or road biking down the Bitterroot Valley, camping for 2 nights, and then biking home. We will take plenty of breaks and the terrain is good for beginners.
