Please fill in our booking form for our groups.
All of our groups are lead by two members of our team and have up to 10 spaces.
Workshops on wellbeing offer a chance for a group of people with a shared interest in a particular area of wellbeing to come together to share knowledge and experience. The groups focus on exploring tips, ideas and practical steps that can be taken to improve wellbeing on the selected topic.
Step into Recovery groups are a guided conversation around a specific subject. These take place over zoom for 1 and a half hours.
Walk and Talk groups are where we will meet you at a specific place and we will go for a walk. If there is a café or coffee shop we usually end this group with coffee and chat but you don't have to stick around.
