This year NEDAA is again working to ensure the integrity of our votes by streamlining our proxy process.

All NEDAA members should fill out this form. This includes members who plan to attend convention as well as those who cannot make it. This is so that if anyone is not present during a vote, another NEDAA member will be able to cast a vote in their name.

This form must be filled out prior to 11:59pm on Thursday March 17th.

It is your responsibility to communicate with your proxy choice(s) regarding how you would like to vote.

Please answer the first question which will indicate how you would like to be represented in your absence. If you are not concerned with who your proxy is, please indicate this with the appropriate selection. If you would like a specific proxy, we are asking for your top 3 choices for your proxy in the next section so that if one of them is not in attendance, we can give your vote to your next choice.
