- LEVEL ONE Communication Request forms should be submitted at least THREE MONTHS prior to the event date.
- LEVEL TWO Communication Request forms should be submitted at least NINE WEEKS prior to the event date.
- LEVEL THREE Communication Request forms should be submitted at least SIX WEEKS prior to the event date.
If you need clarification on which level your request falls under, we recommend submitting the Communication Request form as soon as you have all the necessary details. The earlier, the better!
